Job summary

Orlando Health is seeking a Director of Laboratory Operational Finance & Compliance to lead the billing and compliance programs across the system. The role partners with Revenue Cycle, Finance, HIM, HIT and lab units to ensure accurate coding, testing and auditing.

This senior leader guides educational initiatives and drives system-wide quality and regulatory readiness. The position offers a hybrid schedule with remote work and periodic on-site travel to Orlando Health facilities for quarterly

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a healthcare or laboratory field highly preferred.
• Experience leading billing/compliance in a laboratory setting.
• Strong knowledge of CPT/LOINC coding and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead laboratory billing and compliance across OH footprint.
• Oversee education and training for compliance and billing teams.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle, Finance, HIM, HIT and labs system-wide.
• Direct test builds, audits, coding accuracy and pricing alignment.
• Drive performance improvement and ensure regulatory readiness.
