Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or related science.
• Florida Clinical Lab Supervisor license.
• Five (5) years management/supervisory laboratory experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs all work performed in the Laboratory and provides administrative, technical, and scientific oversight.
• Ensures compliance with CAP, AABB, JCAHO, CLIA, and other regulatory standards.
• Manages budget, staffing, and procurement; monitors quality control and QA/PI procedures.
• Promotes quality improvement, education, and staff development.
• Represents the department in committees and PI activities; supports policy development.
