Job summary

International Executive Service Corps seeks a Laboratory Services Director in Lawton, OK to oversee clinical laboratory personnel, ensuring high quality, cost containment, and timely results.

The Director will lead performance improvement efforts, participate in CQI activities, formulate budgets, and foster strong physician and intradepartmental relations. ASCP certification and hospital-based managerial experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Medical Technology, Biology or Chemistry is required.
• Recent managerial experience in the clinical laboratory of an acute hospital is preferred.
• ASCP Certification is preferred.
