Job summary

You will oversee policy formation, procedure updates, and staff guidance, ensuring compliance and accuracy in daily laboratory activities. A strong background in lab management, QA, and regulatory awareness is essential for success in this leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in a related field is required or preferred.
• Five years of laboratory experience.
• ASCP certification or equivalent with specialty registry preferred.
