The ideal candidate has extensive experience in analytical chemistry and microbiology, with a strong track record in GMP environments and leadership of cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytical Chemistry or related field required.
• Advanced degree strongly preferred (MS/PhD in Analytical Chemistry or related).
• 5–10 years in pharmaceutical lab environment; 3–5 years in leadership/management roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for STEP Labs’ analytical operations.
• Oversee chemistry, microbiology, and QA testing.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, USP, ICH, GDP standards and data integrity.
