Job summary

Stallergenes Greer U.S. in North Carolina seeks a Director of Quality Control to lead the entire QC function, including chemical, microbiological, and finished-product testing.

You will ensure GMP compliance, data integrity, and continuous improvement across labs and processes, delivering safe, high-quality pharmaceutical products. The role requires strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and readiness for regulatory inspections, CAPA governance, and resource planning to meet site

Qualifications

• 10+ years in pharma/biotech lab with progressive leadership.
• 5+ years direct people-leadership experience.
• Experience with sterile, aseptic operations as relevant to site portfolio.
• Experience interacting with health authorities and leading/regulatory inspections.
• Knowledge of cGMP, data integrity, stability programs, investigations, and CAPA.

Responsibilities

• Set vision and objectives for Quality Control aligned with site and enterprise strategies.
• Lead QC operations ensuring timely, accurate testing of materials and products.
• Ensure lab controls, sampling plans, methods, documentation meet cGMP and regulatory standards.
• Maintain data integrity, right-first-time execution, and continuous improvement culture.
• Oversee method development, transfer, validation, and lifecycle maintenance with related functions.
• Govern laboratory investigations and CAPA; ensure timely scientific resolution.
