Tennova - Newport Medical Center is seeking a Director of Laboratory to oversee operations, quality control, regulatory compliance, and payroll for the clinical laboratory. You will lead staff, coordinate with hospital leadership, and ensure CAP, AABB, JCAHO, and CLIA standards are met.

Responsibilities include strategic planning, budgeting, staff development, and implementing quality improvement initiatives while maintaining high reliability and patient safety across off-site and in-house lab

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology or Physical Science required under CLIA high complexity.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in a closely related field required.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience preferred.
