Eurofins Environment Testing is seeking a Laboratory Director to lead our team and ensure a positive operating margin while overseeing daily laboratory operations. The role requires implementing quality and production objectives, supervising personnel, and aligning with corporate policies.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to drive revenue growth, manage budgets, and maintain client relations, all while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific field.
• Minimum of 7 years of environmental lab management experience.
• Experience with GCMS instrumentation and laboratory operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational and administrative management for the laboratory.
• Drive profitability, efficiency, quality, and customer service.
• Oversee staff development, performance management, and coaching.
• Collaborate with QA to maintain audit-ready processes.
• Provide monthly performance reports and strategic leadership.
