Martin's Point Health Care is seeking a Phlebotomy Specialist to perform successful specimen collection, maintain professional conduct, and support lab operations in a clinical setting. The role requires familiarity with the healthcare delivery system and strong communication with patients and staff.
Responsibilities include venipuncture, specimen labeling, processing orders in Athena and LabDAQ, and ensuring accurate records while upholding patient confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines.

Performs successful specimen collection while exhibiting competence, professionalism, excellent communication and public relations skills. Will demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the healthcare delivery system and familiarity with clinical laboratory services.
Depending on site location, may also assist with Patient Services Representative activities which may include any combination of the following:
Pay Range: $20.20 - $24.95 The pay range above reflects the anticipated base pay range based on a full-time position. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and other job-related considerations. Employees may also be eligible for additional compensation, including incentive or commission-based programs, where applicable and subject to the terms of the relevant plan.
