AB Mauri North America is seeking a Laboratory Support Technician to assist day-to-day lab operations in the AB Biotek organization. You will help with media preparation, inventory, housekeeping, and basic instrument calibration, ensuring a safe, organized, inspection-ready environment.

The role requires dependence on SOPs, accurate record-keeping, and strong attention to detail. Availability Wed, Thu, Fri; on-site schedule with minimal supervision.

Qualificações

• Associate degree or equivalent in biology, microbiology, chemistry, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of laboratory safety, housekeeping and good laboratory practices.
• Ability to prepare laboratory media and handle samples aseptically.
• Follow SOPs, maintain accurate records and attention to detail.
• Good organizational skills and reliability; able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare basic microbiology media and buffers following SOPs.
• Maintain laboratory housekeeping and organization; clean-up duties.
• Organize consumables and glassware per instructions.
• Maintain records of laboratory supplies.
• Ensure timely waste handling in compliance with safety procedures.
• Perform basic instrument checks and calibrations and record data.
