Job summary

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
• Completion of a Certified Phlebotomy Course is strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities are needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage workflow in the Specimen Processing department.
• Dispatch Phlebotomists throughout the facility as needed.
• Perform blood collections and assist with specimen preparation for analysis.
