Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in specimen collection and processing under guidance of MLTs.
• Prepare lab equipment, reagents, and work areas per SOPs; clean and sterilize instruments.
• Maintain equipment records and daily work logs.
• Enter laboratory data into LIS/EHR accurately and promptly.
• Follow safety protocols, monitor waste disposal, and manage PPE.
• Support quality assurance activities and training sessions.
• Provide general administrative support and assist with patient instructions.
• Collaborate with MLTs and staff to respond to routine lab needs.
