Job Title: Lab Assistant

Job Description:

As a Lab Assistant, you will facilitate the daily operations of the facility by assisting the production staff with administrative and housekeeping tasks. These are crucial for maintaining excellent customer service and site inspection readiness. This role involves working night shifts in a manufacturing setting with occupational exposure to radiation.

Responsibilities:

• Work independently and follow technical directions, policies, and procedures
• Communicate effectively and work under pressure
• Understand and adhere to radiation safety, quality, & EHS programs
• Prepare products for shipment, coordinate courier schedules, and document as necessary
• Package radiopharmaceutical medications for shipment, perform testing, and load/unload containers
• Process packages returned from customer locations
• Assist with inventory, material storage, and check-in
• Clean and sanitize delivery cases, work areas, and high-touch points
• Perform general facility cleaning and other duties as assigned
• Provide excellent customer service by answering calls, forwarding and taking messages, and tracking deliveries
• Assist pharmacy personnel with clerical functions
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor
