• Follow infection control and safety procedures; handle chemicals safely.
• Meet workload productivity standards and ensure accurate work.
• Document out-of-range temperatures and missing specimens.
• Assist with front desk and accessioning duties as needed.
• Support reference lab specimen processing and send-outs.
• Participate in teaching peers and provide courteous service.
