Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of relevant litigation experience with a background in enforcing labor laws.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills required.
• Must be admitted, or eligible for admission on motion, to the Virginia State Bar.

Responsibilities

• Enforce Virginia labor law as part of the Worker Protection Unit (WPU).
• Work with investigative staff and litigation teams, handling complex state civil cases.
