Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations, HR Management, Business Administration, or related field plus four (4) years of Labor Relations experience, or an associate’s degree plus six (6) years of directly related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, certification, and/or experience may be considered.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Labor relations management: primary point of contact for all labor relations within the institution.
• Internal investigations: conduct thorough investigations and coordinate with OCRE as needed.
• Collective bargaining: lead negotiations and prepare proposals with union reps.
• Conflict resolution: guide dispute resolution and mediate as needed.
• Policy development: develop and revise policies with HR and legal teams.
• Mentoring and education: deliver training for managers and staff on labor topics.
• Grievance handling: manage grievances per CBAs and policies.
• Data analysis and reporting: analyze labor metrics and prepare reports.
