This role supports the administration of collective bargaining agreements and day‑to‑day labor relations activities. This role serves as a key liaison between management, Human Resources, and union representatives, ensuring consistent application of labor contracts, policies, and employment laws.

The base salary range for this position is $62,500 – $90,000. Exempt positions will also be eligible for an Annual Cash Bonus Plan.
