Job summary

AGCO Corporation in Hesston, KS is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager, Labor Relations to lead labor relations initiatives at our Hesston manufacturing site. The role oversees contract interpretation, grievance management, and advisory support to leaders and HR stakeholders.

You will work onsite with a unionized workforce in a large manufacturing facility, driving workforce planning, investigations, and organizational effectiveness while leveraging data analytics to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field required.
• 5+ years progressive experience in labor relations.
• Experience in industrial/manufacturing unionized environments.
• Extensive knowledge of labor and employment law.

Responsibilities

• Lead labor relations activities including contract administration, interpretation, and negotiations.
• Conduct workplace investigations and advise on risk and policy compliance.
• Support workforce planning and talent acquisition processes.
• Provide leadership coaching and development to managers and supervisors.
• Leverage workforce data and analytics to improve outcomes and decision making.
