National Beef Packing Co. in Liberal, Kansas, is seeking a qualified Human Resources Manager to lead our HR operations onsite.

This role focuses on recruiting, payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations in our food manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will collaborate with plant leadership, manage Kronos/payroll, uphold safety policies, and foster a positive, compliant workplace.

Qualificações

• 3+ years HR experience in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of labor laws, safety regulations, and HR best practices
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
• Bilingual preferred but not required

Responsabilidades

• Assist with plant hiring, terminations, disciplines, payroll and records keeping
• Maintain training programs, insurance policies and company benefits
• Handle HR admin tasks (Kronos, Payroll, attendance, benefits, newsletters)
• Maintain vacations and monthly/quarterly reports
• Assist with other HR projects as needed
• Present write-ups for attendance and performance issues
• Ensure compliance with agency, state and federal policies
• Provide guidance on HR policies to employees and supervisors
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
• Knowledge of CBA and union relations
