Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business, industrial relations, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Significant years of relevant experience in labor or employee relations.
  • Experience as investigator or contract administrator.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead investigations related to misconduct by teaching faculty and academic professionals.
  • Oversee grievance administration, contract bargaining, and supervisor coaching.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with union and College leadership.
  • Advise on deviations from Collective Bargaining Agreements and Board policies.
