Methodist Health System seeks an RPA Developer to design, develop, test, document, and deploy scalable RPA solutions using UiPath in a Dallas-based environment. You will work with internal teams to translate business requirements into technical designs and ensure secure, compliant automation across systems.

Responsibilities include credential and workflow management, monitoring to minimize downtime, and ongoing alignment with industry trends such as API integration, OCR, and ML.

Formación

2+ years of experience in RPA tools and automation platforms like UiPath.
Proficiency with other programming languages such as Python, C#, JavaScript, etc.
Certification in one or more RPA platform (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Developer) within 6 months of employment.
Knowledge of automation infrastructure, configuration, and workflow-based logic.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in RPA tools and automation platforms like UiPath.
Proficiency with other programming languages such as Python, C#, JavaScript, etc.

Experience

Required experience:
- Knowledge of automation infrastructure, configuration, and workflow-based logic
- Executing ETL functions between operational systems
- Certification in one or more RPA platform (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Developer)
  - Within 6 months of employment
Preferred experience:
- Certification in EPIC Cogito Data Model (e.g. Revenue Cycle Data Model)
- Healthcare revenue cycle processes and terminology
- Experience creating and using APIs
- Using analytical tools such as SQL, Power BI, etc.
- Knowledge of EHR systems and workflows
