Job summary

Apple Inc. in Sunnyvale, CA, seeks a Reporting and Program Manager for Labor and Human Rights to lead the writing of our labor and human rights reporting and to support a broad communications and program management portfolio.

As a subject matter expert, you will apply UNGPs, translate complex due diligence into clear reporting, collaborate with government affairs, legal, and operations, and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in labor and human rights or related fields.
  • BA/BS degree in human rights, international relations, public policy, communications, journalism, or related field.
  • Experience applying labor and human rights expertise to communications and reporting, including UNGPs.
  • Excellent writing and editing for varied audiences, from technical reports to narrative storytelling.
  • Strong program management across multiple workstreams.
  • Experience leveraging AI to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Ability to present work to senior leaders and manage cross-functional partnerships.
  • Ability to develop persuasive keynote decks and align with Apple writing conventions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead writing of Apple's labor and human rights reporting.
  • Translate program updates into clear, rigorous reporting.
  • Collaborate across Apple with government affairs, legal, and operations.
  • Manage multiple workstreams and evolving priorities.
  • Respond to inquiries about the global supply chain.
