Job summary

gpac LLC. is seeking a Labor & Employment Partner in Florida (Flexible). This full-time, partner-level opportunity requires a portable book of business of $500K+ to support expansion in Florida.

Responsibilities include originating and growing the practice, counseling employers on compliance, leading employment litigation, and cross-selling with corporate and health care teams. JV candidates must hold a Florida Bar license and be a partner or shareholder.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Florida Bar license.
• Partner or Shareholder-level attorney.
• Minimum $500K portable book of business.
• Strong client-facing and business development skills.
