Job summary

Jobot, a top Am Law labor and employment practice in Irvine, seeks a highly experienced Partner to lead high-profile matters and shape the firm’s California strategy.

You will represent clients in state and federal courts, advise on union negotiations and compliance, and oversee wage-and-hour, discrimination, and termination cases while mentoring junior attorneys. Hybrid work, excellent benefits, and profit sharing accompany this leadership role.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the CA state bar in good standing.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in California labor and employment law.
• Proven experience in complex cases and high-stakes litigation.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in state and federal courts and arbitration.
• Advise on union negotiations, collective bargaining, grievances, and investigations.
• Lead high-stakes employment litigation, including class actions.
• Develop and oversee employment policies and compliance programs.
