Qualifications

• 3+ years of civil litigation experience, including labor & employment, professional liability, insurance defense/coverage, class actions.
• Outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Strong motivation, initiative, and ability to work in a large, collaborative team.
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in IL.

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide-range of civil litigation matters for sophisticated clients.
• Direct client interaction and significant responsibility on complex matters.
• Participate in mentoring and development programs for associates.
• Contribute to a busy national practice with initiative and accountability.
