Responsibilities

• Lead labor and employment litigation assignments from intake through judgment, including trials and appeals.
• Advise clients and manage all litigation tasks: discovery, depositions, motions, and court filings.
• Maintain current knowledge of applicable caselaw and ethical obligations; mentor junior staff.
