Our Group In San Francisco Continues To Outperform And As a Result, Continues To Grow. Currently At 35 Attorneys, We Are Recruiting For An Outstanding Associate With At Least 5 Years Of Employment Litigation Experience. The Ideal Candidate Should Excel In The Following Areas

• Strong litigation skills.
• Deep experience with class and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) representative actions
• Ability to take ownership of cases and lead through class certification
• Researching, writing, and arguing motions.
• Conducting complex fact investigations and analysis.
• Taking and defending depositions.

We will not be considering candidates for any remote roles at this time—expectation of minimum three days in the office. Candidates must have high grades and be admitted to and a member in good standing of the California Bar.
