Qualifications

• 3rd-4th year associate with experience in labor and employment litigation.
• Timely admission to the Bar of the hiring office's state required.

Responsibilities

• Handle temporary restraining order and temporary injunction proceedings.
• Engage in trade secret misappropriation and noncompete litigation.
• Conduct wage and hour class action litigation.
• Provide advice on OSHA matters.
• Manage single plaintiff employment litigation.
• Draft pleadings and court filings.
• Participate in trial preparation.
