You will oversee all phases of litigation from case assessment to trial, collaborating with a skilled team while adhering to FEHA and other relevant laws.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years of experience in labor and employment litigation.
• Admission to the State Bar of California.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Handle employment litigation, including wage and hour class actions and PAGA representative actions.
• Manage single-plaintiff employment matters involving discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination.
• Oversee all phases of litigation, from case assessment to trial.
