Qualifications

• Experience in defending class and collective actions.
• Trial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents and agreements.
• Advise on employment law issues, including reductions in force and restrictive covenants.
• Provide counsel on employee policies and compensation practices.
