Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school required.
• Active California license to practice law.
• 2+ years of civil litigation experience.

• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in labor and employment matters, including FEHA and wage/hour claims.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and settlements.
• Take and defend depositions, prepare for hearings and trial.
• Provide strategic legal counsel across employment law issues.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex matters.
• Maintain timely case documentation and reporting.
