Qualifications

• Strong academic credentials preferred.
• Labor and employment litigation experience with a law firm preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle labor and employment litigation matters from early strategy through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, legal memoranda, position statements, correspondence, and other litigation documents.
• Manage discovery, depositions, hearings, client communications, and opposing counsel communications.
• Work independently and collaboratively with partners, senior attorneys, and litigation teams.
• Proactively organize, prioritize, and manage deadlines across an active caseload.
• Support clients and case teams with strong legal analysis, practical recommendations, and high-quality written work product.
