Job Details

Responsibilities

• Experience handling California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases.
• Qualified candidates should be comfortable drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions and other briefs, as well as taking and defending depositions
• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school, with excellent academic credentials.
• Must be admitted to practice in the state of California.
• Proven track record in defense litigation.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
