Attorney
Burke is seeking a motivated associate attorney for its Los Angeles office to join the Labor and Employment Law Practice Group. Must have employment litigation experience in single-plaintiff cases and excellent writing skills. Experience with PAGA and class action is a plus, but not required.
Compensation for associates at Burke ranges from $140,000 – $215,000 plus annual performance-based bonuses. The actual salary within that range will depend on the selected candidates’ years of practice and experience.
The firm offers a hybrid work arrangement option and an annual telecommute budget to support remote work. The firm’s billable hour requirement is 1850. Attorneys receive competitive health insurance benefits, a 401(k) with a partial match, and are eligible for annual discretionary and billable hour bonuses.
