Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of relevant labor and employment law experience at a firm representing employers.
• Knowledge of the National Labor Relations Act and experience representing employers in connection with unions.
• Counsel and represent employers regarding federal and state employment laws.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent communication and writing skills.
• Engage in substantial direct contact with clients and participate in business development.
