Qualifications

• 4+ years of labor and employment law experience.
• Experience handling employment litigation and workplace counseling matters.
• Background drafting employment-related agreements, policies, and compliance documents.
• Experience conducting investigations or workplace training is a plus.
• Exposure to labor relations issues, collective bargaining matters, or administrative proceedings is beneficial.
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Solid academic credentials.

Responsibilities

• Represent employers in workplace-related litigation and administrative proceedings
• Advise clients on employment laws, workforce management, and HR-related matters
• Draft and revise employment agreements, policies, handbooks, and related documents
• Conduct workplace investigations and assist with employee training initiatives
• Support employment aspects of corporate transactions and due diligence reviews
• Assist clients with labor relations matters and workforce-related disputes as needed
• Research legal developments and provide practical guidance on compliance issues
• Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas to deliver strategic client solutions
