Acloché LLC in New York, NY, is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney in Labor & Employment to join its hybrid New York office. The role targets an attorney with substantial employment litigation background handling sophisticated matters for a diverse client base in a nationally recognized practice.

The candidate should have 5–7 years of substantive employment law experience, strong wage and hour focus, and the ability to leverage AI-driven technologies to improve efficiency and client

Competenze

• Active Bar Admission in New York, in good standing.
• 5–7 years of substantive employment law experience, with a strong focus on wage and hour litigation and counseling.
• Significant experience advising employers on compliance with federal, state and local wage and hour laws.
• Experience handling complex wage and hour matters, including class, collective and representative actions in federal and state courts.
• Experience defending and prosecuting breaches of restrictive covenants.
• Experience preparing and negotiating employment agreements, including executive compensation provisions.
• Ability to leverage AI-driven and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, client service, and quality of work.

Mansioni

• Handle a wide range of labor and employment litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Advise employers on workplace law issues, including employee relations, compliance, and risk management.
• Draft and negotiate employment agreements, restrictive covenants, and executive compensation provisions.
• Represent clients in disputes involving non-compete and non-solicitation agreements.
• Apply AI-driven and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and client service.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategic, practical solutions tailored to client needs.
