Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active New York Bar admitted and in good standing.
• 5–7 years of substantive employment law experience with a strong focus on wage and hour litigation.
• Experience handling complex wage and hour matters, including class, collective and representative actions in federal and state courts.

Responsibilities

• Handle labor and employment litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft and negotiate employment agreements, restrictive covenants, and executive compensation provisions.
• Advise employers on workplace law issues, compliance, and risk management.
• Leverage AI-driven technologies to enhance efficiency, client service, and legal work product.
