Job summary

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school.
Licensed and in good standing to practice law in New York.
4+ years of labor & employment experience.
Strong academic credentials.
Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to manage sophisticated matters and work directly with clients.

Responsibilities

Represent employers in complex labor & employment litigation matters.
Handle wage and hour disputes, including class, collective, and representative actions.
Advise clients on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Draft motions, briefs, pleadings, and other substantive legal documents.
Conduct legal research and develop case strategy.
Support clients on day-to-day employment counseling matters.
Collaborate with attorneys across offices on significant workplace law issues.
