Qualifications

• 2+ years of employment law experience (required).

Responsibilities

• Advise employer clients on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Represent employers in government agency investigations.
• Litigate employment claims on behalf of employers.
• Draft employment agreements, forms, policies, and procedures.
• Manage a heavy workload while providing timely responses to supervising attorneys and clients.
