Position

LHH is partnered with an AmLaw 200 firm seeking an associate attorney to join their Labor & Employment Practice in Tampa, Florida. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of labor & employment litigation and counseling experience.

Responsibilities

• Support a dynamic team that defends matters involving trade secret and restrictive covenant litigation, discrimination, harassment, wrongful discharge, and wage and hour claims
• Counsel national clients on labor and employment laws and human resources matters
• Assist employers with administrative investigations before the EEOC, DOL, and NLRB

Qualifications

• At least three years of labor & employment litigation and counseling experience
• JD from an accredited law school
• Strong academic credentials
• Licensed to practice in Florida
• Strong writing and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary Range: $205K - $245K, commensurate with experience and credentials
