Qualifications

• Experience conducting investigations or workplace training is a plus.
• Exposure to labor relations issues or administrative proceedings is beneficial.
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Solid academic credentials.

Responsibilities

• Represent employers in workplace-related litigation and administrative proceedings
• Advise clients on employment laws, workforce management, and HR matters
• Draft and revise employment agreements, policies, handbooks
• Conduct workplace investigations and assist with training initiatives
• Support employment aspects of corporate transactions and due diligence
• Assist with labor relations matters and disputes as needed
• Research legal developments and provide practical compliance guidance
• Collaborate with attorneys across practices to deliver client solutions
