The ideal candidate has CA bar admission and 4–10 years of relevant experience, strong written and oral advocacy, and a collaborative approach to work within a team and client settings.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar required.
• 4–10 years of labor and employment litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle employment litigation, including wage and hour class actions and PAGA actions.
• Manage single-plaintiff matters involving discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination.
• Oversee all phases of litigation from case assessment to trial.
