Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school.
Bar admission to practice in the state.
2–3 years of labor and employment law or commercial litigation experience.
Excellent legal research and writing skills.

Responsibilities

Provide legal advice and representation in labor and employment matters.
Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation.
Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and settlement agreements.
Represent clients in court, arbitration, mediation, and administrative proceedings.
Collaborate with attorneys to develop effective legal arguments.
Maintain knowledge of federal/state labor and employment laws and trends.
Develop relationships with clients and provide exceptional service.
