• Transactional/Advisory Work: Drafting or updating employment agreements, offer letters, and employee handbooks; spotting red flags during due diligence.
• Litigation: Managing discovery; drafting motions and briefs; supporting non-compete, non-solicitation, and trade secret disputes.
• Administrative Agency Work: Handling EEOC charges; drafting responses, position statements, and replies to information requests.
