Job summary

Clark Hill seeks an attorney with 3+ years of Labor & Employment litigation experience to join the Labor & Employment team in Los Angeles or San Diego, CA. The role focuses on single-plaintiff cases and wage-hour class actions/PAGA, with a hybrid work schedule.

• Draft pleadings, policies, and discovery related to labor and employment matters.
• Draft and argue motions, and conduct administrative hearings.
• Take and defend depositions; train employees and provide day-to-day counsel to employers.

Job description

Clark Hill is seeking an attorney with at least three (3) years of Labor & Employment litigation experience to join its Labor & Employment team in our Los Angeles or San Diego, CA offices. This position focuses on single-plaintiff employment litigation and wage-hour class action/PAGA cases. However, this position may also require litigation of range of matters involving disputes such as trade secrets, non-competes, whistleblower, employment tax, and prevailing wages.This is a full-time position with a hybrid work schedule.

The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $190,000 - $215,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition, Clark Hill offers employees the ability to participate in health insurance with optional HSA/FSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, 401K, vacation, sick time, parking/public transportation allowance, and an employee assistance program.
