Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of experience in employment counseling and/or litigation.
• Experience with restrictive covenant and trade secret matters and wage and hour or class action litigation is preferred.
• Excellent writing, analytical and advocacy skills, along with a strong academic background.
• Must be admitted to practice in California.

Responsibilities

• Counsel and/or litigate employment matters within the Employment Practice Group.
• Support wage-hour and class action litigation as needed.
• Contribute to drafting pleadings, briefs and memoranda.
