Job summary

McDermott Will & Schulte in the San Francisco Bay Area seeks an Associate with 4-7 years of experience to join our Employment Practice Group. This role focuses on employment counseling and/or litigation within a leading global law firm.

Responsibilities

• Counsel and/or litigate employment matters within the Employment Practice Group.
• Support wage-hour and class action litigation as needed.
• Contribute to drafting pleadings, briefs and memoranda.
