Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active and good-standing membership with the California State Bar.
• 4-6 years of experience handling wage-and-hour class actions and PAGA representative actions.
• Experience prosecuting employment litigation from inception through settlement or trial.
• Strong drafting skills, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Experience preparing for and taking depositions, including defending depositions.
