The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of litigation and employment law experience, with familiarity in labor relations matters preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of litigation and employment law experience.
• Experience with labor relations matters, including collective bargaining, grievances, and arbitrations, is a plus.
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar in good standing.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute pre-trial strategy, exercise sound judgment, and think creatively.
• Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
